On the nose, it opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, and small dark berries, complemented by subtle spicy notes and a hint of garrigue. With aeration, deeper nuances emerge, adding complexity without weighing the wine down.

Domaine Paradella is a Corsican winery located in the Patrimonio appellation, in the north of the island, on clay-limestone soils influenced by a unique maritime microclimate. Founded and managed by winemaker Lionel Wojcik, the estate covers around 8 hectares of vineyards cultivated with high standards and a respectful approach to nature.

The work in the vineyard is focused on the region’s emblematic grape varieties: Vermentinu for white wines and Niellucciu for red wines. Harvesting is done by hand, with careful grape selection to preserve the quality and precision of the juice.

In the cellar, the philosophy is based on careful winemaking, inspired both by Corsican terroir and by a certain rigor acquired in other wine regions. Aging, often partially in oak barrels, refines the wines without masking their natural expression.

The wines of Domaine Paradella are distinguished by their balance between freshness, structure, and fruit expression, with a clear identity rooted in the Patrimonio terroir and a constant pursuit of precision.
