The Château Doisy Daëne 2025 is a sweet white wine from the Barsac appellation, on the left bank of Bordeaux in the Sauternes region.

The estate is located on the limestone plateau of Barsac, where fine gravel soils sit over a highly calcareous subsoil with excellent natural drainage. This geological feature encourages the gradual development of noble rot (Botrytis cinerea), which is essential for producing great sweet wines.

The vineyard is primarily planted with Sémillon, complemented by Sauvignon Blanc, two grape varieties perfectly suited to the aromatic richness and balance of Barsac wines.

The 2025 vintage benefits from favourable conditions for balanced aromatic concentration, achieving a fine tension between sweetness, freshness, and finesse.
